About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with and under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role trains, coaches, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager oversees center-store activities, inventory and daily bookwork, audits and compliance, invoices, and vendor check-ins. The role is also part of the store leadership team and may lead the store when other leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center-store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision, ensuring daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
Perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
