About The Position

This position involves stocking, straightening, and rotating product on shelves in the Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods, and Grocery Departments. The role requires providing friendly and courteous service to customers, processing incoming product, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various store areas. Reliability and adherence to company safety guidelines are essential.

Requirements

18 years or older to apply
Regular, reliable attendance
Able to work in a cold environment (-10 to 40 degrees)
Able to push loaded two wheeler (average 100-120 pounds)
Able to pull a loaded pallet (up to 700 pounds)
Able to pull loaded stock truck
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Working on feet entire shift (4-8 hours)
Internal Candidates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred
Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred
Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
Stock, straighten and rotate product on shelves in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods., and Grocery Departments
Process incoming product from our warehouse and direct store delivery vendors
Read and understand shelf tags
Sort damaged product for credit
Operate a hand jack, power lift and cardboard baler
Follow company safety guidelines when using cutters, power lifts, and baler
Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, refrigerated cases, cooler and freezer
Maintain company productivity standards
