About The Position

This role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking and rotating products on shelves in various departments, processing incoming product, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of store areas. The position requires regular, reliable attendance and adherence to company safety guidelines. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

18 years or older to apply
Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store/Facility Teammates)
Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store Support Center Teammates)
Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
Stock, straighten and rotate product on shelves in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods., and Grocery Departments
Process incoming product from our warehouse and direct store delivery vendors
Read and understand shelf tags
Sort damaged product for credit
Operate a hand jack, power lift and cardboard baler
Follow company safety guidelines when using cutters, power lifts, and baler
Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, refrigerated cases, cooler and freezer
Maintain company productivity standards
Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
