About The Position

This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers in a fast-paced store environment. Key responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and maintaining product quality, as well as adhering to company safety and sanitation procedures. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance

Nice To Haves

• Internal candidates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock, rotate and straighten product
• Water and ice down various products
• Wash trim, and wrap product
• Remove any product not meeting company quality standards
• Read and understand department signs
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
