About The Position

Raley's is hiring an accountable, positive, and passionate Center Store Assistant Team Leader to help lead a team and carry out day-to-day operations in the Center Store departments, including grocery, general merchandise, and liquor. The role focuses on safe, fast-paced store operations, stocking, ordering, merchandising, and providing memorable customer experiences. The position is described as servant leadership, with an emphasis on learning, safety, and supporting the team. Shifts may vary from early morning to overnight. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while supervising and leading a team.
Able to work the required schedule reliably and adhere to the company attendance policy.
Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Able to read, understand, and follow verbal and written directions.
Friendly and customer-service oriented.
Self-motivated, with close attention to detail, quality, and presentation.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team.
