About The Position
Directs patient flow, capacity management, and bed placement across Catholic Health entities while leading clinical teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in acute care with leadership in patient flow, bed placement, or capacity management
- Experience supervising and managing clinical teams
- Active RN license
- Ability to travel across Catholic Health facilities as needed
- Comply with the CH Compliance Assurance Program, Standards of Conduct, and highest legal standards
- Strictly follow HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy policies, and information security protocols
- Demonstrate CH values through excellence, collaboration, respect, innovation, community commitment, and accountability
