About The Position

The Center Director leads a school serving children from six weeks to twelve years old. The role is responsible for creating a warm, inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued and respected, with a priority on safety, health, and well-being. The director oversees daily operations, grows enrollment, supports engaging learning activities, builds relationships with families and community partners, and fosters the development of children and educators.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education; three or more years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for children and families.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be a hands-on leader and help wherever needed.
