About The Position

The Center Director oversees daily center operations and supervises and supports staff. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized environment; managing schedules and resources; ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations; maintaining accurate records; and providing excellent service to clients and families. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and works effectively with staff and stakeholders to achieve center goals and maintain high-quality services. The Learning Experience provides early education designed to make learning joyful, engaging, and fun. Its curriculum focuses on six ages and stages of early childhood development and uses hands-on activities that encourage children to explore and solve problems at their own pace. Nurturing teachers and staff, along with educational characters, support children throughout their preschool journey.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in management, administration, or supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
