About The Position
We are looking for a qualified, experienced childcare leader to step into a Director role with a growing early childhood program in Argyle, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been an Assistant Director, Program Coordinator, Lead Teacher with administrative responsibilities, or Director and is ready for greater leadership responsibility. As the Director, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the program, build relationships with families, support and develop staff, maintain a strong classroom environment, and help shape the future of the center. You will be joining a program that values quality care, strong leadership, teamwork, and a positive experience for both children and families.
Requirements
- Previous childcare program leadership or management experience required of at least 2 years
- Experience helping manage or lead an early childhood program
- Understand the day-to-day operations of a childcare center
- Comfortable leading and supporting a team
- Experience with staff, families, licensing, scheduling, enrollment, or program operations
