About The Position

Offshore Aviation Group (OAG) is inviting applications from graduating maritime cadets who are seeking entry-level sea-going opportunities. If you are completing your cadetship and actively looking for your first placement, we would like to hear from you. We are currently accepting CVs for the following tracks: Deck Cadets / Junior Deck Officers, Engine Cadets / Junior Engine Officers. This is an opportunity for motivated, safety-focused, and career-driven cadets to register their interest in upcoming vessel assignments.

Requirements

• Maritime academy cadets nearing graduation
• Candidates pursuing a Deck or Engine career path
• Candidates completing required sea time and credentials
• Safety-focused, dependable individuals ready to learn and grow
• Cadets nearing completion of their sea time
• Recent maritime academy graduates
• Candidates seeking Deck or Engine Room career pathways
• Individuals with valid STCW certification (or in the final stages of completion)
