About The Position

Child Development Schools is seeking a Center Director to lead a school serving children from six weeks to twelve years old. The Director creates an inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued, and ensures children’s safety, health, and well-being through clear protocols and hands-on leadership. The role is responsible for enrollment growth, engaging learning activities, and the day-to-day operation of the center. The Director leads and develops educators, maintains health, safety, and licensing standards, and oversees staffing, budgeting, parent communications, and records. The role also builds relationships with families and community partners and helps create a positive school culture with meaningful learning opportunities and events.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education; three or more years is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for children and families.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to be a hands-on leader and help wherever needed.

Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
