About The Position

2 Towns Ciderhouse is seeking Cellar Crew Members to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making craft beverages, possesses a strong work ethic, maintains a positive outlook, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and can work hard while keeping a sense of humor. Experienced homebrewers who are eager to expand their knowledge and learn about large-scale craft beverage production are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day fermentations, filtrations, and production of craft alcoholic beverages.
Filling kegs.
Cleaning tanks.
Washing kegs.
Scrubbing floors and machinery.
Yeast rehydration.
Nutrient additions to fermentations.
Lifting, moving, and pulling 150 lb+ kegs onto and off of pallets.
Driving a forklift.
Operating Skyjacks.
Climbing ladders.
Working with chemicals.
Working in a team environment.
Maintaining a positive attitude.
Contributing to the success of the packaging team.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the cellar.
