About The Position

The Cell/Program Manager manages and coordinates a cross-functional contract manufacturing team throughout the complete lifecycle of a customer’s product. The role works with customers and internal teams across New Product Introduction, sustaining, and end-of-life phases, and is responsible for customer agreements, program schedules, delivery, cost models, capacity, supply chain continuity, engineering changes, and process improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Proven ability to work independently and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail.

Experience in multiple functional areas, such as engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, or project/program management.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a cross-functional internal team to ensure on-time, quality delivery of customer products.
Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules.
Interface with customers and internal teams during all phases of the product lifecycle, including New Product Introduction, sustaining, and end of life.
Establish customer contracts or agreements and ensure all terms are maintained.
Monitor key performance metrics to measure project status.
Develop competitive yet profitable cost models.
Work with customers to resolve conflicts or other product issues.
Secure the capacity and manpower required to support product volume requirements.
Ensure global supply chain functionality and lead the resolution of internal site or external supplier disruptions.
Oversee the engineering change order (ECO) and change management process.
Lead continuous process improvement teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
