About The Position
Universal Logistics is hiring owner-operator drivers for its intermodal fleet at the Harvey facility. The contractor-focused facility offers a mix of freight options, including local and regional home-daily freight, with runs available on both day and overnight shifts. Freight runs six days a week. Regional loads travel to Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota. Drivers must operate a truck that is model year 2005 or newer; lease/purchase options are available. Hazmat is required and must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment. The posting advertises owner-operator gross earnings of up to $200,000+ yearly and weekly gross earnings of $3,000–$4,000, with percentage pay up to 70%.
