Requirements
- Possession of an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
- Possession of an active Pennsylvania Class A or B Commercial Driver Learner's Permit on the first day of work.
- Possession of an active Medical Examiner’s Certificate in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations by the first day of work.
- Ability to perform essential job functions.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Learn to operate heavy trucks and loaders and perform required pre and post operation checks
- Perform tasks using hand and power tools including shovels, rakes, chain saws and mowers
- Follow safety procedures, report injuries or incidents, and maintain awareness of hazards
- Make basic adjustments to equipment and assist mechanics with minor repairs
- Follow environmental guidelines and participate in required environmental training
