About The Position

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is an independently owned ground handling company providing services to airlines across the U.S. and Canada. The Airport Transfer Truck Driver transports cargo between aircraft and warehouses, driving a tractor-trailer to support airport operations. The role requires a current Class A CDL with hazmat endorsements, a safety-focused approach, and customer service when interacting with airline representatives and staff. AGI operates around the clock and requires flexible scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Currently hold a Class A CDL with hazmat endorsements.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have 1–2 years of trucking experience with manual transmission.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have excellent knowledge of ramp operations.
• Have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate leadership ability, customer focus, and quality awareness.
• Be able to deal with conflict.
• Pass a drug test and background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.
• Be able to work flexible schedules that may be adjusted to operational demands.
• Be available to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and holidays.
• Adhere to company attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Transport cargo in a 53-foot trailer from aircraft to a warehouse or from a warehouse to aircraft while following strict safety regulations.
• Interact with airline representatives and staff in a customer-service-oriented manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
