Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and CDL license; safe driving record
- Mechanical aptitude; ability to push/pull/move heavy objects repeatedly
- Familiarity with geriatrics and long-term care; strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent verbal/written English communication
Responsibilities
- Transport residents in a safe, courteous, and conscientious manner
- Operate facility vehicles/equipment in an orderly way and follow established policies and procedures
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and assist with upkeep as needed
- Maintain Pa. DOT and OSHA compliance; follow HIPAA/privacy expectations
- Support a safe environment using universal precautions for infectious materials
