About The Position

The CDL Driver/Warehouse employee makes local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites and supports daily warehouse operations. The role includes safely operating vehicles and truck-mounted and warehouse forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, receiving and pulling products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating with supply center staff and customers to help ensure accurate, on-time delivery. The employee must follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, load securement policies, and required PPE practices. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and moving, and the ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or B.
At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Clean driving record, with no more than 3 violations in the previous 3 years.
Ability to pass a drug screen.
Ability to read and interpret safety policies and procedures.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Experience with building products.
Moffett experience.
Bilingual ability is strongly considered.

Responsibilities

Make local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites.
Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck-mounted forklifts, and warehouse forklifts.
Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations while following safety practices and wearing required PPE.
Load and unload trucks.
Maintain accurate checklists and delivery logs.
Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, and load securement policies.
Communicate with the supply center team and customers to support accurate, on-time delivery.
Review inventory discrepancies and notify the Branch Manager.
Accurately receive and pull products to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure merchandise is properly racked and tagged.
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality.
