CDL Driver/Warehouse
About The Position
The CDL Driver/Warehouse role combines local delivery driving with warehouse operations. The employee delivers products to residential and commercial job sites, operates vehicles and material-handling equipment safely, and supports the day-to-day functions of the warehouse. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, receiving and pulling products, maintaining accurate inventory and delivery records, and ensuring merchandise is properly racked and tagged. The employee follows applicable DOT regulations and company safety, material-handling, and load-securement policies, communicates with the supply center team and customers to support accurate, on-time deliveries, and assists warehouse leadership with inventory accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B.
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Clean driving record, with no more than 3 violations in the previous 3 years.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Ability to read and interpret safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, and moving.

Responsibilities
- Make local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites.
- Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck-mounted forklifts, and warehouse forklifts.
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations while following safety practices and wearing required PPE.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain accurate checklists and delivery logs.
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety, material-handling, and load-securement policies.
- Communicate with the supply center team and customers to support accurate, on-time deliveries.
- Review inventory discrepancies and notify the Branch Manager.
- Receive and pull products accurately to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure merchandise is properly racked and tagged.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality.
