About The Position

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. is hiring a CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate for its Ethridge, Tennessee branch. This hybrid position consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% warehouse work. The associate safely delivers building materials to multiple job sites, assists with warehouse operations, supports inventory accuracy, and provides excellent service to customers and team members. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed based on business demands. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience. Candidates must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing before hire.

Requirements

• Hold a valid CDL license and comply with all DOT requirements.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Read maps and navigate accurately.
• Be comfortable working from heights, including ladders and rooftops.
• Be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Successfully complete a background screen and drug testing before hire.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of building supply products.
• Forklift experience.
• Knowledge of CSRA.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver materials to multiple job sites.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including pulling and loading stock.
