About The Position

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate for its Ethridge, Tennessee branch. This hybrid position consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% warehouse work. The candidate must hold a valid CDL and comply with all DOT requirements. The role includes delivering materials to job sites, assisting with warehouse operations and inventory, and providing excellent service to customers and team members. Candidates must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing before hire.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed based on business demands. The position is full-time, with 40 hours per week. Pay is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Full compliance with all DOT requirements.
• Accurate map-reading and navigation skills.
• Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and rooftops.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Successfully complete a background screen and drug testing prior to hire.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of building supply products.
• Forklift experience.
• Knowledge of CSRA.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver materials to multiple job sites.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including pulling and loading stock.
