About The Position

S&L Industrial is looking for experienced CDL Driver / Operators to join their growing team. This role involves working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and contributing to roadway safety improvements. S&L Industrial provides traffic control and pavement marking services across Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Idaho, emphasizing quality work, employee safety, and integrity. They are an operating company of Road Safety Services (RSS), a leading provider of pavement marking and traffic control services in North America.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel, work nights, weekends, overtime, and varying schedules as needed.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pavement marking, traffic control, roadway construction, or heavy equipment operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL trucks and pavement marking equipment.
• Assist with roadway striping and pavement marking operations.
• Set up and maintain traffic control for roadway construction projects.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks and equipment.
• Support the crew in completing projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
