About The Position

The CDL Driver II operates tanker trucks to transport hazardous and non-hazardous fluids locally and, at times, regionally, while returning home daily. The work includes safely loading, unloading, and transporting liquid waste and petrochemical materials in compliance with DOT and company requirements. Drivers primarily operate automatic tanker equipment. The role requires the ability to perform its duties while upholding Reworld’s values, including contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum of 2 years of tanker experience.
• TWIC card required.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Meet DOT vision and hearing requirements.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tanker trucks to haul hazardous and non-hazardous fluids.
• Load and unload materials using pumps and hoses as required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete required paperwork, including manifests, bills of lading, and logs.
• Ensure proper placarding and compliance with DOT standards.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customer sites.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
