About The Position

Capital Textile is hiring a Class B CDL driver to operate established local delivery routes from Fredericksburg, Virginia. The driver delivers clean linens to hotels, hospitals, and local businesses and picks up soiled linens. Routes are local, with no overnight stays or long hauls, and the driver is home every night. This is a full-time position paying $28.50–$30.00 per hour. The role involves rolling linen carts on and off the company truck. Full carts weigh 200–600 pounds; they are rolled rather than carried. Drivers interact with regular customer contacts, check orders for accuracy, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and follow DOT rules. Applicants must pass a DOT drug test, background check, and driving record check before hire.

Requirements

Valid Class B CDL.
Clean driving record.
Comfort with physical work throughout the day, including pushing and pulling heavy carts and lifting.
Reliability and punctuality.
Friendly approach to customer interactions.
Must pass a DOT drug test, background check, and driving record check before hire.

Responsibilities
