About The Position

Anderson Erickson Dairy is hiring several CDL Class A Drivers based at its Kansas City, Kansas terminal to provide delivery services throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. Drivers must be legally able to operate across state lines, including Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa. The role serves an established business-to-business customer base and includes local, metro, and regional delivery routes. No overnight travel is required. The company provides training, uniforms, steel-toed boots, sales and marketing guidance, and well-maintained trucks.

Schedules are assigned weekly and may include Monday through Saturday, either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, with Sundays off and one additional weekday off. Start times vary by route and may range from 10 PM to 4 AM. Compensation varies by route and may include hourly pay, commission, and mileage.

Candidates must complete all Department of Transportation requirements, including a pre-employment medical examination, drug test, physical capacity testing, and a clean background check. The company must be able to verify the accuracy of the candidate’s application and employment history. Requirements

• Valid and current Class A CDL.
• Legally able to operate a vehicle across state lines, including Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa.
• Good driving record, with an emphasis on safety and FMCSA compliance.
• Customer-focused personality.
• Able to communicate in English verbally, in writing, and by reading.
• Demonstrated safe driving practices.
• Able to lift 50 pounds routinely and push or pull heavy product carts.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn and use a system to organize and manage product loads efficiently.
• Able to successfully complete DOT requirements, including a pre-employment medical examination, drug test, physical capacity testing, and background check.
• Application and employment history must be accurate and verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery services across the Kansas City metropolitan area and assigned local, metro, or regional routes.

• Represent and demonstrate enthusiasm for the AE Brand.
• Lift 50 pounds routinely and push or pull heavy carts of product.
