About The Position

Cavalier Distributing is hiring a CDL-A Delivery Driver to deliver craft beverages to bars, restaurants, and stores across Indiana. The driver represents the company while driving a box truck, delivering premium beverages, and interacting with customers. The role includes a four-day workweek, with occasional overnight stays; hotel accommodations and a $50 daily per diem are provided for those stays. Starting base pay is $25–$27 per hour based on experience, with potential safety and performance bonuses of up to $9,000 or more per year and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits begin after 60 days and include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. The company also offers a beer reimbursement program.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Human Performance Evaluation (HPE).
• Solid understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to unload and move inventory weighing up to 175 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery routes responsibly and follow INDOT regulations.
• Unload and move inventory, including kegs and cases weighing up to 175 pounds.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and handle basic payment management.
• Represent Cavalier Distributing and provide friendly, customer-focused service.
