About The Position

Cavalier Distributing is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver craft beverages to bars, restaurants, and stores across Indiana. Drivers operate a box truck, follow INDOT regulations, inspect vehicles before and after trips, unload and move inventory, maintain accurate paperwork, and manage basic payments. The role offers an advertised four-day workweek and a starting base pay of $18–$19 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Solid understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Human Performance Evaluation (HPE).
• Ability to unload and move inventory weighing up to 175 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive routes responsibly and follow all INDOT regulations.
• Unload and move inventory, including kegs and cases weighing up to 175 pounds.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep paperwork accurate.
• Handle basic payment management.
• Provide friendly, customer-first service as a representative of Cavalier.
