Drivers are expected to operate routes efficiently, meet or exceed designated route times and productivity goals, handle customer interactions professionally, and properly use company equipment. The position involves substantial physical activity, including lifting and moving products, loading and unloading trailers, and working in a range of traffic, weather, and delivery conditions. Drivers must complete pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities in accordance with DOT regulations and Sysco policies and procedures.
