About The Position

Homans Associates is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., an independent HVAC/R distribution company. The company distributes Mitsubishi and Bryant HVAC equipment, along with residential and commercial HVAC parts, supplies, and accessories, and has locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. No relocation assistance is available for this position.

The CDL B Driver delivers HVAC-related products to customers while following safety, quality, customer-service, DOT, and company standards. The role is based at the Wilmington Branch and works Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
• Team-oriented.
• Appropriate driver license requirements per DOT regulations; CDL Class B license required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insulation, equipment, and other HVAC-related products.
• Load and unload the truck.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Work closely with internal and external customers, including store associates, sales managers, and customers.
• Maintain appropriate data and safety standards to comply with DOT regulations.
• Work in the warehouse as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
