About The Position
CDL-A Regional Retail Delivery Driver for a dedicated Dollar Tree account, based in West Memphis, Arkansas. Drivers earn an average of $1,650 per week, with potential top weekly pay of $1,800. Average annual pay is $83,200, with top annualized pay of $93,600. The full-time position provides home time weekly and a weekly 34-hour reset, with approximately 1,500 regional miles per week. Drivers depart from West Memphis and deliver dedicated retail freight across Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. The work averages three loads per week, with three stops per load. Drivers unload full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates. Compensation includes mileage pay and stop pay. Equipment consists of automatic sleeper trucks pulling 53-foot dry van trailers. The truck must be parked at the driver’s home or another secure location.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must not be an SAP driver.
- Ability to unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
- A suitable place to park the truck at home or another secure location.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional routes hauling dedicated retail freight for Dollar Tree.
- Deliver freight from West Memphis, Arkansas, to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.
- Unload full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates.
