About The Position

This regional Midwest run offers guaranteed weekend home time every week. Drivers will leave Monday and run a defined network within OH/KY/IN/MI/IL, returning home Saturday morning. The company is hiring drivers with 6+ months of verifiable experience and recent CDL school graduates (120+ hours from an accredited program). The pay averages $1,200–$1,500 weekly gross, with top producers earning $1,800+ weekly gross. The base rate is $0.56–$0.64 CPM based on experience, with short haul protection and detention pay plus performance bonuses. The run involves 1,700–2,200 steady miles per week with drop and hook, preloaded trailers, and live loads. Assigned late-model automatics are provided and maintained. A rider and pet policy is available from day one. New CDL graduates will receive four to six weeks of paid 1-on-1 mentorship at $850 weekly guaranteed before transitioning to a solo driver at $0.56 CPM.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 21 years old
• 6+ months verifiable experience OR recent CDL graduate (120+ school hours)
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Stable employment history
• Must pass DOT physical & drug screen
• No SAP drivers

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A truck on defined Midwest lanes (OH, KY, IN, MI, IL).
• Complete 1,700–2,200 miles per week.
• Handle drop and hook, preloaded trailers, and live loads.
• Adhere to a Monday-Saturday schedule with guaranteed weekend home time.
• Participate in paid mentorship program if a new CDL graduate.
