About The Position

NIS Express is looking for motivated people in Mobile, AL who are ready to turn their CDL into a full-time career. No road experience needed, just your CDL and the drive to succeed. NIS Express offers a paid training program for new drivers, with a dedicated trainer for 3 to 5 weeks. Drivers will operate late model Freightliner or Kenworth trucks on regional routes east of I-35, handling no-touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop and hook. The position offers weekly pay of $1,200 to $1,500, with drivers home every week or every other week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 120 or more hours completed at an accredited CDL school
• Clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT regulations
• Freight is dry van, no-touch, approximately 70% drop and hook
• Maintain on-time delivery performance
• Complete accurate ELD logs, DVIRs, and trip documentation daily
• Inspect your vehicle before and after every run
• Keep communication with dispatch and customers professional at all times
