About The Position

This is a paid training program for CDL-A holders in the Charlotte, NC area. The program is designed to build real-world experience, steady miles, and long-term earning potential. Trainees will be running freight and gaining experience from the start. After training, drivers will be assigned their own truck, have consistent dispatch and miles, and stable weekly income. The routes are nationwide after training, and the drivers will be based out of Charlotte, NC.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Open to recent CDL school graduates
• Must be able to stay out 2 weeks at a time
• Must live near Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

• Run freight and gain experience from the start.
• Drive nationwide routes after training.
• Maintain a dependable and safety-focused approach.
