About The Position
We are hiring Class A drivers out of the Gainesville area for regional freight east of I-35. This position offers paid training for new CDL-A holders or those looking for a change. The role involves no-touch dry van freight, primarily drop and hook, with assigned modern trucks equipped with APUs. Drivers can expect 12 days out with 2 days home, and a competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,300–$1,550, with top performers earning $1,800+.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid Class A CDL.
- Hold a current DOT Medical Card.
- Maintain a safe driving record.
- Have 6 months of recent OTR experience, OR completion of an accredited CDL training program (120+ hours).
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities
- Drive regional freight east of I-35.
- Perform no-touch dry van deliveries, with approximately 70% drop and hook.
- Operate assigned 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner trucks with automatic transmission and APU.
- Adhere to a no-slip seating policy.
- Participate in a 4 to 6-week paid training program with an experienced trainer.
- Transition to full solo pay after successful completion of training.
