About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Carencro, LA area for OTR positions with a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. This role offers weekly pay while you train, a truck that is assigned to you once you go solo, and freight that does not require touching. The schedule is typically 14 days out with 2 full days home.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• At least 21 years of age
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
• For new CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
• For experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time does not count)

Nice To Haves

• Experienced drivers may move straight into solo operations if requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Transport dry van freight.
• Adhere to all DOT and company requirements.
• Participate in a mentorship program for new CDL-A holders.
• Maintain a solid driving record and work history.
