About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Saraland, AL area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a schedule you can plan around. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. This program offers a mentor, weekly pay while you learn, and a truck that's yours once you're solo. New CDL-A holders will participate in a 3 to 5 week mentorship program with guaranteed weekly pay. Experienced drivers can move directly into solo operations if they meet the requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck for OTR routes.
• Operate 100% no-touch, dry van freight.
• Adhere to a schedule that allows for planned home time.
• Participate in a mentorship program (for new CDL-A holders).
• Maintain a solid driving record and work history.
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
