About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) routes in the Inverness Highlands North, FL area. We offer 2024 and newer equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a home-time schedule that allows for planning your life around it. We provide one truck, assigned to you, for the duration of your employment, and you can take it home during your scheduled days off. Both new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are welcome.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Solid driving record and work history.
• Pass a DOT drug test and background check.
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time does not count).
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of the company training program for new CDL-A holders.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Transport dry van freight across various routes.
• Adhere to all DOT and company regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized assigned truck.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.
