About The Position

This position is for new CDL-A holders who will receive paid, one-on-one training from an experienced mentor for 4 to 6 weeks before transitioning to solo driving. Drivers will earn while they learn, with guaranteed training pay and an immediate transition to full solo driver pay after successful completion. Flexible home time options (weekly or bi-weekly) are available once running solo. The role involves hauling no-touch dry van freight on regional routes within the Eastern Regional Fleet, with company-paid tolls and fuel program, and 24/7 dispatch support.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
• Clean driving record, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time
