About The Position

Metropolitan Warehouse is hiring experienced Class A CDL team drivers for a dedicated expedited freight account based in Southern California. Drivers run consistent weekly, expedited round-trip routes departing from Southern California, hauling no-touch dry freight and returning to California. The role offers weekly home time for a 34-hour reset. Teams pick up preloaded 53-foot dry van trailers in Mira Loma, California, and deliver to warehouses in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Routes include a mix of live-unload and drop-trailer locations. Drivers use company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions. Average weekly pay is $2,106, with top weekly pay of $2,376. Average annual earnings are $109,512, with top annual earnings of $123,552. Teams average 4,200–5,000 miles weekly. Pay is mileage-based and split between team drivers according to the pay structure and experience.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of driving experience.
Must live in Southern California.
Reliable personal transportation to and from the Colton, California terminal.
Availability for team driving.
No SAP drivers.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical card.
Able to work weekends.
Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities
