About The Position

This position is for CDL-A holders who have recently graduated from CDL school and have no prior driving experience. New drivers will start on a dedicated Ohio regional lane that runs out and back to Ohio. A planner will ensure consistent movement and proximity to home. The job involves dry van freight, with drivers typically completing around 1,800 miles per week. A 34-hour reset at home is provided weekly. The work includes drop and hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloads.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Live within 120 miles of a hiring city: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Canton, Pittsburgh

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads.
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off.
• Complete weekly 34-hour reset at home.
• Perform drop and hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloads.
