CDL A School Graduates - Paid Training
About The Position
This position is for CDL-A school graduates with no prior driving experience. Corpus Christi drivers can begin on a Houston-based regional fleet that provides on-the-road training for new CDL holders and aims to get drivers home frequently. The job involves driving dry van regional freight primarily within TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, IL, covering 1,700 to 2,000 miles per week. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks and will handle both drop and hook and live load/unload situations. The company offers guaranteed pay for the first three months of solo driving and provides various pay structures including mileage pay, bonus pay, and stop pay.
Requirements
- CDL-A in hand, no experience: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Live within 250 miles of Houston, TX

- Experienced drivers: 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Skip training and go straight to your own truck.
Responsibilities
- Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
