About The Position

Imperial Trading Co., LLC is hiring CDL-A Route Delivery Drivers for our New Albany Distribution Center. This is a hands-on route delivery position, not a drop-and-hook driving job. Drivers deliver directly to our customers and unload product at each stop using a hand truck. New drivers begin by covering established local and regional routes based on business needs. Some routes return to New Albany the same day, while others require one overnight stay. As dedicated routes become available, route coverage drivers may have opportunities to move into a dedicated route assignment.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Current Department of Transportation medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Acceptable driving record under Company and insurance requirements
• Ability to successfully complete a road test
• Ability to meet applicable Department of Transportation drug and alcohol requirements
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of a touch-freight delivery position

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of Class A Commercial Driver’s License driving experience
