About The Position

American Trucking Group is hiring professional CDL-A regional drivers for routes in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania hiring area. Drivers haul dry van freight, with 85% drop-and-hook loads and 100% no-touch freight. Regional drivers typically spend 5–7 days on the road and return home weekly for 34–48 hours. Consistent freight availability and established regional freight patterns support regular dispatches and dependable scheduling. Drivers earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week through direct deposit. The fleet includes International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions, 1,500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle technology. Assigned trucks may be taken home when secure parking is available. Additional compensation opportunities include layover pay, multi-stop pay, annual safety bonuses, and load bonuses. Driver programs include toll cards and EZ Pass, fuel cards through Comm Data, 24-hour dispatch support, and a rider program available after 30 days.
