The CDL-A Regional Driver operates assigned equipment on established regional lanes, primarily east of I-35, hauling 100% no-touch freight. Freight is approximately 60% drop-and-hook and 40% scheduled live-load. All dispatched loaded and empty miles are paid. Drivers return home weekly and may park assigned equipment at home when suitable parking is available. The operation offers established freight patterns, reliable dispatch communication, and predictable weekly workload expectations. Drivers use assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with a Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, and Bluetooth capability. The fleet also uses SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers and outward-facing cameras only. Company-paid orientation includes orientation pay, after which drivers move directly into scheduled regional freight assignments.
