CDL-A Regional Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a regional CDL-A driver based in Chicago, Illinois. Drivers haul mixed dry van and refrigerated freight on established customer lanes, with no-touch freight and dependable route planning. The position offers opportunities to drive 2,500–3,000 miles per week and scheduled monthly time off. Drivers are assigned late-model Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, an APU, an inverter, voice navigation, and an in-cab fifth-wheel release. Equipment assignment depends on availability. Pay is $1,450–$1,675 per week, based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days. Orientation is paid at $100 per day, and drivers are eligible for quarterly performance raises tied to safety and productivity. Six scheduled days off are available each month; drivers may take them together or split them throughout the month, subject to personal preference and freight scheduling.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Current DOT medical certification.
- At least six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
