The CDL-A Regional Driver transports no-touch automotive freight across established regional lanes, primarily east of I-35. Freight is approximately 90% drop-and-hook, with an average haul of about 500 miles and typical weekly mileage of 2,500–3,000 miles. Drivers generally stay out for 7–10 days, followed by a 34–48-hour reset at home. The company works with drivers when possible to accommodate home-time needs. Drivers primarily operate Peterbilt 579 tractors and other well-maintained equipment. Trucks have inverters and refrigerators, and assigned equipment may be taken home during home time. Orientation is online; DOT physicals are scheduled close to home whenever possible, and transportation to pick up the truck is provided after onboarding. Compensation is $1,300–$1,550 per week, with a monthly safety bonus of up to $750.
