About The Position

We are hiring new CDL-A drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) reefer seat. This position offers paid training and weekly paychecks. Drivers will haul refrigerated freight across the East and Midwest with day and night runs. No unloading is required. Weekend and holiday work is expected. Drivers are home every two weeks.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL grads are welcome, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Riders allowed.
• Dogs under 40 lbs allowed once training is completed.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated freight across the East and Midwest.
• Complete day and night runs.
• Operate an assigned truck, averaging 1.5 years old.
• Learn backing, trip planning, logs, and fueling during training.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies.

Benefits

• Orientation pay: $300 once hired, with covered hotel and reimbursed bus ticket.
• Training pay: $850 a week for the first 5 weeks.
• Solo pay: Guaranteed at least $1,000 a week for the first 3 months.
• Average pay after 4 months: $1,300 to $1,500 a week on 1,900 to 2,800 miles.
• Includes $100 flat on short hauls.
