CDL-A OTR Driver - Home Every 2 Weeks - Paid Training for Entry Level Drivers
About The Position
Gulf Coast Class A drivers are offered wide-open OTR miles east of Denver, with the opportunity to be home every two weeks. Paid training is provided for entry-level drivers, and recent CDL-A graduates are hired and trained on the job. The routes cover everything east of Denver, excluding the Northeast, ensuring plenty of freight and miles. The job includes drop-and-hook, live load, live unload, and preloads. Drivers are typically out for two weeks and then home for their reset. Planned loads and 24/7 dispatch are provided. Drivers will have an assigned and take-home truck, either automatic or 10-speed, averaging about 1.5 years old.
Requirements
- Class A CDL in your home state.
- Must be 21 or older.
- New CDL-school grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
- Acceptable driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
- Must pass DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

- 120 CDL-school hours qualifies you for training.
Responsibilities
- Operate an OTR truck covering everything east of Denver, minus the Northeast.
- Handle drop-and-hook, live load, live unload, and preloads.
- Complete assigned routes and maintain strong miles.
- Adhere to a schedule of being out approximately two weeks and then home for reset.
- Utilize planned loads and 24/7 dispatch support.
- Participate in paid one-on-one mentor training before going solo.
