CDL-A OTR Driver - New CDL Holders Wanted
About The Position
Drivers on this Broken Arrow dedicated account start with guaranteed pay, then watch their weekly average climb as they build tenure. This route offers predictable freight, with 1,800 to 2,400 miles every week. Your pay is locked in for the first 3 months after your first solo run, with no ceiling on your average as experience builds. A performance bonus stacks on top of your base pay. Drivers will operate dry van trailers and handle a mix of live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook freight. The coverage area runs from Denver east, skipping New England, across 27 states total. Both day and night dispatch are available, and weekend driving is expected, though holidays can be requested off. Home time is every 2 to 3 weeks.
Requirements
- CDL-A
- 6+ months of verifiable solo experience (new CDL-A holders welcome)
- 120+ hours of training completed at an accredited school
- At least 21 years old
- Driver's license valid in your current state of residence
- No more than 2 moving violations over the past 2 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Clean hair and urine drug test required
Responsibilities
