About The Position
This local CDL-A retail driver position in Westfield, MA offers an average annual pay of $87,000 and a $10,000 bonus. Drivers will deliver dedicated retail freight across the Northeast within a 300-mile radius of Westfield, MA. The role features competitive mileage pay, no-touch freight, and daily home time. There are no New York City routes. Drivers will operate automatic day-cab trucks and service distribution centers, picking up backhauls for return. The average driver completes 2 loads per day plus a backhaul. Approximately 90% of backhauls are live-loaded. This is a slip-seat operation.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
- Must have steel-toe boots available for training
- Reliable transportation to and from work
